Our Philosophy & Refund Policy

My work is a labour of love and service. I put an enormous amount of time, effort, and heart into it, and my goal is to provide the very best help and support I can to as many sincere seekers as possible. My experience is grounded in 60+ years of exploring human consciousness, more than 50 years of daily meditation and decades of work in energy healing, personal growth facilitation, and related fields.

Having said that, I would also point out that I am a traveller on the path just like you, but possibly with more experience and more knowledge in specific areas. I make no claims to being a master or guru. Because success in this work depends on many factors outside of my control, including your own commitment and inner engagement, I cannot and do not offer any guarantee of specific results.

I truly want you to be certain this is right for you before you commit. The importance of this work goes way beyond the temporary things of worldly life, so it deserves your full committment. If you are unsure, rather wait until you are sure.

Digital materials. Any digital course, guide, or download included in your purchase is delivered with immediate, full access. Because these materials can be fully consumed the moment they’re received, they are non-refundable once accessed.

Paid-in-full packages. Coaching, support, facilitation and accountability packages paid in full upfront are offered at a significantly reduced rate in recognition of that commitment. Because of this discount, paid-in-full packages are non-refundable.

Monthly instalment packages. If you choose to pay in monthly instalments, you may cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice to questions@williampward.com. Your instalments will continue for the duration of that notice period, after which no further payments will be taken. Instalments already paid will not be refunded, as they correspond to sessions and support already made available to you.
