Hi, and a very warm and loving welcome to you.

Some of what you read here may sound new or a little strange, but I have to tell it like it is. I speak my truth on this page, because if we are to work together, you need to know how we will work…BUT this is NOT about me, it is about YOU. If you are to work with me, this system will make perfect sense to you at some level. If you feel a pull for us to work together, that is your inner knowing at work and I strongly suggest that you listen to it. At the very least, let’s enjoy a meaningful conversation.

This system is about FACILITATING YOUR JOURNEY. It will not be a passive experience for you. This is about EMPOWERING you. You will get very valuable input, but I will not tell you what to do. You will make the relevant decisions about your way forward. You will also do the necessary work. Your active participation is how you will become fully EMPOWERED. Any other way of working would be disempowering and that is the opposite of what we want for you.

We will be in this together – you and me; your team and my team. You will be helped and guided, but will soon learn how to access your own guidance and facilitate your own growth. We want you to start working independently as soon as you are comfortable doing so.

You are probably wondering how this process will work, so I will do my best to outline it in an understandable fashion. Language is a poor and inadequate vehicle for this kind of information, but it is all we have, so here goes:-

⦁ This is a coaching, healing and spiritual growth relationship. It is highly effective in facilitating your healing, growth and advancement because it operates on multiple levels simultaneously.
⦁ Your higher self and mine will meet and team up. Your Spiritual “team” and mine will meet and team up. Any appropriate Higher Beings, up to and including The Divine will be called upon to help and support you as and when required.
⦁ Together, we will identify your growth needs and these will be tackled in the correct order
⦁ We will identify your life purpose if you are ready to know it
⦁ I will channel wisdom for you
⦁ I will channel high frequency energy for you at every session. I can’t help it, it just happens.
⦁ We will work together to heal your energy field and remove your emotional and energetic blocks as and when appropriate.
⦁ We will identify and change the mistaken beliefs that are holding you back. This will make a MASSIVE improvement to your experience of life!
⦁ We will help you connect directly with your own spiritual guidance
⦁ We will help you deepen your spiritual practice.

Please note that none of these services are mandatory. I just need you to know they are available to you. You are entirely free to accept or reject any of them as you choose, other than the wisdom and high frequency energy, which come through automatically whenever I speak to someone about their journey.

THE BIG ANSWER:=

There is only ONE primary quality we need in order to enjoy the best possible quality of life and that is LOVE. All of the answers to the above questions boil down to that one word, LOVE. Not romantic love, not parental love, not filial love, but True Love. Love is the great reality that runs through everything that exists. Love is the Essence of Consciousness. Love is who you really are. All you need do to experience it is remove the veils that are currently hiding it from you. As these veils thin, it will shine through more and more powerfully

The wisest use of life is to build on your ability to live in Love. That is all that your soul/higher self wants of you. From the point of view of your higher self, anything you do that is not leading towards that end is wasted effort. Exactly how to unlock your capacity to do that may take a bit of questioning and coaxing, but we can ALL manage it once we understand how important it is. You can increase your level of loving by doing as follows:-

THE BIG “HOW”
⦁ Be true to yourself. Express your true essential self without shame or fear. Be an example to others
⦁ Be honest with yourself
⦁ Be honest with others
⦁ Be willing to learn and grow
⦁ Be kind and generous to every living thing
⦁ To put it in a nutshell, Live from the “heart” and you will unlock true Love in your life.

THE BIG BARRIERS
⦁ FEAR is our major enemy. Fear stops us opening our hearts; fear keeps us playing small; fear stops us from expressing ourselves openly. Fear keeps us “stuck” and unable to move forward. Living in fear leads to unhappiness, misery, depression and ultimately, to hopelessness. If left long enough, it can lead to suicidal thoughts. IF YOU ARE NOT LIVING IN A STATE OF JOY, FEAR IS PLAYING A ROLE IN YOUR LIFE.
⦁ Feeling you are not good enough is the second great issue to overcome. Like so many other issues, it is the offspring of fear. Once you overcome these two issues, everything else falls easily into place.

Fear is untrue. It is a negative creation of your own mind. It is based on erroneous beliefs. I can help you identify those false beliefs and replace them with true, positive beliefs. Then fear disappears automatically. It cannot stand in the light of truth. You can either live in fear, or in love. You cannot do both simultaneously. Just as light alutomatically removes darkness, Love automatically removes fear.

I want to keep this focused on YOU and on YOUR journey, so let’s start by helping you find your own TRUTHFUL answers. (ie answers that apply to YOU as an individual; answers that inspire and empower YOU (as opposed to other people’s answers that disempower you and/or further an organisation’s agenda of control over you.)

No matter what you or anyone else may think, you ARE enough. More than that, you are EXACTLY who you are supposed to be. You will be able to UNLOCK YOUR FULL POTENTIAL once you fully understand that.
